GENERAL

For the purposes of Regulation EU 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and other applicable national laws, Fundacion Prasad Europe informs you that it fully complies with current legislation on personal data protection and the confidentiality obligations inherent to its activity.

Fundacion Prasad Europe informs you of the existence of a data processing system owned by Fundacion Prasad Europe for management, communication, and information purposes. This system is described in the corresponding Register of Processing Activities, which users can consult to verify the status of their data.

SECURITY MEASURES

Fundacion Prasad Europe has adopted the necessary measures to guarantee information security, as required by Article 32 of the GDPR, considering the nature of the personal data and the circumstances of the processing, in order to prevent, to the extent possible and in accordance with the state of the art, its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, thereby ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The security measures described in the Fundacion Prasad Europe’s Register of Processing Activities will apply to all assets in the information processing system that handle personal data, in order to ensure compliance with data protection laws.

All Fundacion Prasad Europe personnel and Data Processors are required to comply with said regulations, with special attention to their duties and obligations, including the duty of confidentiality, as duly established by Fundacion Prasad Europe.

DATA COLLECTION

Accepting these conditions requires the user to provide essential personal data necessary to deliver the services, which will be collected through forms or the website. At the time of data collection, the user will be properly informed of their rights.

To ensure that the information contained in our data processing system is always up to date and free of errors, we ask our clients and users to inform us as soon as possible of any changes or corrections to their personal data.

PURPOSE: EXERCISING RIGHTS

To exercise your rights of access, objection, rectification, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, and data portability, you must send a written request to:

CONSENT

The user gives consent for Fundación Prasad España to use their personal data in order to properly deliver the contracted services.

Completing a form on the site or sending emails or other communications to Fundacion Prasad Europe implies the user’s express consent to include their personal data in the aforementioned data processing system owned by Fundacion Prasad Europe.

At the time the information is requested, the client or user will be informed of the data recipient, the purpose of the data collection, the identity and address of Fundacion Prasad Europe, the rights available (access, objection, rectification, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, data portability), and the right to file a complaint with the AEPD.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

Fundacion Prasad Europe does not transfer personal data to third parties without the express consent of the data subjects, which must be granted for each specific case. Data will only be shared for the stated purposes and always with the user’s or client’s consent.

 

CV SUBMISSION

In the event that the user submits their CV through our website or social media channels, we inform you that the data provided will be processed in order to include you in the selection processes that may take place within the organisation. An analysis of the applicant’s profile will be carried out with the aim of selecting the most suitable candidate for the position offered by the controller.

The data will be retained for a maximum period of 2 years, after which it will be deleted, ensuring complete confidentiality both during processing and in its subsequent destruction. In this regard, once this period has elapsed, if you wish to continue participating in the controller’s selection processes, we kindly ask you to submit your CV again.

If there are any changes to your data, please notify us in writing as soon as possible in order to keep your information properly updated.

The data may be processed and/or shared with companies that are part of our group during the retention period of your CV and for the same purposes mentioned above.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SECRECY

All data collected in private communications between Fundacion Prasad Europe and its clients or users will be treated with absolute confidentiality. Fundacion Prasad Europe undertakes to maintain the secrecy of personal data, safeguard it, and adopt all necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, or unauthorized processing or access, in accordance with current regulations.

Likewise, any information of any kind exchanged between the parties will also be considered confidential, whether agreed as such or based on its content. Viewing data over the Internet does not imply direct access to it without the express consent of the data owner on each occasion.

We advise users not to share their identification, password, or reference numbers provided by Fundacion Prasad Europe with third parties. Likewise, to preserve professional secrecy, the client/user must not disclose confidential information to third parties.

 

CHANGES TO THE SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Fundacion Prasad Europe reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential changes, as well as to changes derived from existing standard codes or strategic corporate decisions. These changes will take effect upon publication on the Fundacion Prasad Europe website.

It is under the supervision and control of Fundación Prasad España, which assumes responsibility for adopting the necessary technical and organisational security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information, in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April, issued by the European Parliament and the Council; Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights; and other applicable national legislation.

In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Fundación Prasad España informs you that the broad interpretation of this law includes the provision of information by electronic means. In any case, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, all other applicable national legislation and its implementing regulations shall apply, particularly with regard to the collection of personal data, the information provided to data subjects, and the creation and maintenance of personal data files.
