Support the PRASAD organisation from The Netherlands

We are delighted by your interest in supporting the humanitarian work of PRASAD Europe from The Netherlands,

Thanks to our partnership with the Transnational Giving Europe (TGE) network and the Maecenata Foundation, you can easily make a tax-deductible donation in The Netherlands, with the appropriate legal safeguards.

Alternatively, you can choose to donate directly to PRASAD Europe – a quick and straightforward option if you do not require a donation receipt.

Below you will find the two available options:

Option 1: Donate through the Maecenata Foundation (TGE) (Tax-deductible in The Netherlands)

Donations made through the Maecenata Foundation are tax-deductible in The Netherlands. The donation receipt is issued directly by the Maecenata Foundation.

This option involves a moderate administrative fee (≤ 5%). The remaining amount is transferred directly to the humanitarian programmes of PRASAD Chikitsa (India).

How to donate:

Complete the donation form, including:
○ Name, address and email address
○ Donation amount and frequency (one-off or monthly)
○ Payment details (e.g. credit card)
Please remember to include the reference TG25059 PRASAD Chikitsa, together with your full postal address and/or email address, so that the Maecenata Foundation can send you your donation receipt.
Alternatively, make a direct bank transfer to the Maecenata Foundation:

Donation Receipts (see policy):

Donations under 300 €: Donors may use our standardized donation receipt (download link). This document is valid without a signature and can be submitted to the German tax office along with the bank statement.
Donations of 300 € or more: Donors automatically receive a personalized donation receipt in the following month, provided we have received the necessary information either in the payment reference or via email to tg@maecenata.eu (donor’s full name, postal address and email address). For standing monthly donations, a donation receipt can be issued at the beginning of the following year.

Please note that:
Donors who wish to donate more than 10.000 € should contact first Sascha Nicke at sn@maecenata.eu he can answer possible questions you may have. Such funds are also being forwarded within a couple of days to PRASAD Chikitsa in India and not as part of our quarterly disbursements

Donations to organizations with ANBI status are eligible for a tax deduction. Maecenata Stiftung has been registered under RSIN 826510061 since 2021, and status can be checked on the following website: ANBI-Status prüfen | Steuer- und Zollverwaltung.

Option 2: Donate directly to PRASAD Europe (Not tax-deductible in The Netherlands)

If you do not require a donation receipt, you can donate directly to PRASAD Europe.

This method allows us to use 100% of your donation directly for our humanitarian projects in India, without any administrative fees.
