President
Esther Salat is a pedagogue and social educator, specialized in public educational policies and community development, with an extensive career in local and national administration.
David Mendez
Vice President
A businessman and social leader with a career spanning over 30 years, combining business management with a strong humanitarian commitment.
Throughout his professional path as CEO, he has specialized in the development of comprehensive projects and services for buildings and large facilities, expanding his scope to sectors such as telecommunications, railway and airport maintenance, as well as the legal management of technical installations.
His ability to integrate strategic vision, technical management, and regulatory compliance has allowed him to position himself as a reference in effective, sustainable, and customized solutions.
In parallel with his business activity, in 2004 David founded the PRASAD Spain Foundation, an organization he chaired for more than 16 years. From this role, he promoted the implementation and support of social development programs in India. His work has contributed to access to medical services, nutrition, clean water, sanitation, education, and economic empowerment in vulnerable communities, as well as to raising awareness about PRASAD’s humanitarian work throughout Spain.
Currently, David is part of the PRASAD Europe team, bringing his experience and global vision to help consolidate a European network that supports PRASAD Chikitsa’s international cooperation projects with strength, transparency, and commitment. His profile combines technical expertise, organizational leadership experience, and a deep sensitivity to social impact—qualities that make him a key figure in the growth and consolidation of PRASAD in Europe.

Xavier Nova
Secretary
Xavier has over 35 years of international experience advising individuals, corporations, and foundations across countries such as Qatar, India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and various European nations.
His work spans multiple sectors including philanthropy, corporate governance, business development, and international relations. This global exposure has equipped him with a deep understanding of diverse business environments and a strong respect for different cultures, languages, and religions. Known for his strategic insight and diplomatic approach, Xavier has become a trusted advisor in both public and private spheres.
He specialises in facilitating cross-border collaborations, promoting ethical business practices, and supporting initiatives that align commercial goals with social impact. Over the years, he has contributed to the creation of international charitable foundations, the design of sustainable business models, and projects that encourage intercultural dialogue. Xavier combines cultural fluency, empathy, and business acumen to build long-term partnerships and guide organisations toward values-based leadership, always integrating ethical considerations into key decision-making processes.

Frederic Dacqmine
European Coordinator
Frederic Dacqmine is an international executive coach with over 15 years of international professional experience.
Prior to that, Frederic worked in different position for international organization as director and later VP operation. He led business development projects in the automotive, retail, luxury and it industry. Last (2004-2007), he managed the implementation of an It company in the German speaking countries in Europe (Germany, Switzerland and Austria).
For the past 10 years, Frederic focused on coaching executives, supporting them to better define, communicate and implement the strategy of their organization. He helps that at all levels in the organization everyone discovers and understand the importance of their contribution to the success of the organization.
Frederic works in German, English and French. He is certified executive coach for FranklinCovey /Columbia university (Salt Lake City/ New York- USA), as well as from Erikson college (Vancouver- Canada). He has been certified in many leadership programs (Door training, FranklinCovey, SMCOV) Last but not least, he holds a Master Degree in International economics from University Pantheon Sorbonne (Paris1).
He has been involved in different position In PRASAD internationally since 1992.

Dr. Alejandra Morales
Communication
Dr. Alejandra Morales is a physician with a strong background in internal medicine, infectious diseases, and global health
For over a decade, she has actively supported PRASAD through her commitment to health equity and her interest in holistic approaches to community well-being.
A former board member of PRASAD España, Dr. Morales has visited several of PRASAD’s health programs and witnessed firsthand the impact of its work in underserved communities. She highlights the vital role of healthcare initiatives in the most impoverished areas of the Tansa Valley and the importance of maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in humanitarian medical work.
Her professional focus includes infectious and tropical diseases, the health of immunocompromised individuals, and the intersection between climate change and public health. With numerous scientific publications and a career rooted in rigorous research and ethical values, Dr. Morales brings a valuable perspective to PRASAD’s mission of sustainable development through health, compassion, and knowledge sharing.

Anabel Vargas
Communication
Anabel Vargas is a creative professional with over fifteen years of experience in visual communication, marketing, brand positioning, and artistic production.
She is the founder and CEO of Anabel Vargas Photography, where she develops visual narratives for projects across Spain. Her work places storytelling, identity, and human connection at the center of purpose-driven communication.
Anabel has collaborated with cultural initiatives, brands, and nonprofit organizations in Spain and internationally, contributing to communication, marketing, and social impact projects. Her academic background in Pedagogy, Graphic Design, Photography, and Community Management reinforces her holistic and people-centered approach.
At PRASAD Europe, she brings creativity, organizational strength, and a strong commitment to communication as a tool for social transformation.

Gloria Méndez
Communication
Gloria Méndez is a psychology graduate with a strong academic background in research, motivation, and emotional well-being.
She holds a degree in Psychology, graduating with honors in Research and in Motivation and Emotion.
Her academic work has focused on improving quality of life and psychological well-being, particularly among women and vulnerable groups.
Gloria gained research experience participating in psychology projects involving data collection and analysis, program evaluation, and the adaptation of scientific studies for publication. She also brings experience in administration and customer care, alongside training in therapeutic drawing, combining analytical skills with creativity and emotional awareness.
Her commitment to social impact is reflected in her volunteer work with organizations such as Kelele Africa in Uganda and Asociación Al Paso, supporting educational and therapeutic activities for children.
